Kerja Crew (Promoter), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Chocolate Factory Outlet & Chocolate Academy Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for energetic, friendly and responsible Crew Members to join our chocolate retail and experience team.

This is a multi-role position, where crew members will rotate between Cashier, Usher, Promoter, Retail Assistant and Chocolatier. You will be involved in both customer service and the day-to-day operations of the store, making sure every guest has an enjoyable chocolate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with chocolate-making workshops and activities
• Welcome customers and usher guests into the store and workshop areas
• Engage confidently with customers and provide a friendly, positive experience
• Introduce and explain our chocolates, products, promotions and activities
• Promote and upsell products, workshops and promotional packages
• Handle cashier duties and customer transactions when assigned
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
• Replenish and arrange merchandise to ensure displays are always well stocked and presentable
• Conduct stock counting and assist with basic inventory control
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and overall appearance of the store at all times
• Assist with other daily store operations as required
• Work closely with other crew members and rotate between assigned roles

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Typhoid Vaccination
• Able to communicate and conduct presentations/public speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, groups and customers
• Confident, friendly and approachable
• Quick learner and willing to learn different roles
• Positive attitude and good teamwork
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Experience in retail, F&B, customer service or events is an advantage, but training can be provided

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
