Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on
Network Engineer
to design, implement, maintain and support
enterprise networking solutions
across a variety of infrastructure and smart technology projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from tender evaluation and solution design to implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement wired and wireless networking solutions.
Develop HLDs, LLDs, network diagrams and technical documentation.
Review tender specifications and develop compliant technical proposals.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and solution quotations.
Coordinate procurement, equipment delivery and logistics activities.
Configure switches, routers, firewalls and wireless infrastructure.
Conduct FAT, SAT and UAT testing activities.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
Perform troubleshooting using Wireshark and other diagnostic tools.
Support customer meetings, technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
Maintain project documentation, reports and as-built records.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Networking or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of networking experience.
CCNP certification or equivalent preferred.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs and enterprise networking.
Experience with fibre-optic and Ethernet networks.
Strong technical documentation and proposal-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Willingness to travel within ASEAN and provide after-hours support when required.
