We currently seeking of highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To prepare architectural and interior technical drawings for tender submissions and project documentation.
• To produce plans, elevations, sections, details and other technical drawings based on design information provided by the team.
• To assist in preparing tender drawings, quotation drawings and documentation for contractors and suppliers.
• To develop accurate 3D models based on design drawings and concepts.
• To produce 3D renderings and visualisations for design development, tender and presentation purposes.
• To coordinate drawing and model revisions based on comments from the design team.
• To ensure drawings and 3D models are accurate, properly organised and follow the required project standards.
• To communicate and clarify technical requirements with the design team when necessary.
• To manage assigned tasks independently and complete work according to agreed scope and deadlines.
• To assist the team with other drafting, modelling and visualisation requirements when required.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Architectural Design, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Min. 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural, interior design, construction or related fields.
• Strong technical drafting skills and good understanding of architectural drawings.
• Able to work independently from drawings, sketches and design information provided.
• Well versed in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience with Revit and/or ArchiCAD will be an advantage.
• Able to produce 3D models and renderings using Enscape and/or D5 Render.
• Good understanding of architectural scale, dimensions, materials and construction details.
• Able to work remotely, e.g. work from home, virtual meetings and online discussions.
• Good working attitude, proactive, responsible and able to take ownership of assigned work.
• Good attention to detail and able to deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• Good command of English and able to understand and communicate technical instructions clearly.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and prioritise work according to project deadlines.

Payment will be on a project basis, with fees agreed according to the scope and complexity of each assignment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: RM150.00 - RM1,500.00 per week
