We are hiring Warehouse Assistants & Forklift Operators for a long-term warehouse opportunity. Candidates with previous warehouse experience and who can commit long term will be prioritised.

+$2/hour Attendance Incentive

+$2/hour Attendance Incentive
Up to $15/hour
Valid forklift licence required
Overtime Rates
Rest Day OT: 1.5× hourly rate
Sunday/Public Holiday OT: 2× hourly rate
Working Days & Shifts
Working Days:
Monday–Friday OR
Thursday–Monday
Available Shifts:
8:00 AM–5:45 PM
1:45 PM–11:30 PM – Priority Hiring
11:00 PM–8:45 AM – Priority Hiring
Important: Candidates joining the afternoon or night shift will undergo approximately 2 weeks of training on the morning shift (8:00 AM–5:45 PM) before deployment.
Job Responsibilities
Picking and packing warehouse orders
Sorting and relabelling cartons
Scanning and checking goods
Cycle counting and stock checks
Loading and unloading goods
Moving goods using manual pallet trucks
Shrink wrapping pallets
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
Supporting other warehouse duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
Able to commit on a long-term basis
Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties
Reliable, punctual and able to maintain good attendance
Willing to perform overtime when required
Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred
Forklift licence is an advantage and qualifies candidates for the higher hourly rate
