Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Pre-Sales Specialist (HP) di Gloo Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for HP products, solutions, and services, with a primary focus on HP WXP solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable HP solutions.
• Conduct solution mapping to align customer needs with HP product offerings and technical specifications.
• Review government and commercial tender documents to understand technical requirements and compliance criteria.
• Coordinate with HP and internal stakeholders to ensure all proposed solutions and specifications are compliant, accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer and tender requirements.
• Assist in product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concept activities, and solution briefings when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HP technologies, product roadmaps, and industry trends.
• Serve as the primary liaison between HP, internal teams, and customers for technical-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution mapping, bid management, or technical sales support.
• Experience in reviewing government tenders and preparing technical proposals will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with HP WXP solutions and enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and end-user computing solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
