WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Lead and Provide technical guidance and support to Junior Project Engineers and site teams.
• Lead and manage the technical execution of solar PV projects from project kick-off through commissioning and handover.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications and technical documents to ensure compliance with project, client and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, manpower, materials and site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee site installation, testing, commissioning and rectification works while ensuring compliance with approved designs and technical specifications.
• Ensure proper project documentation, as-built drawings, testing records and handover documents are completed.
• Participate in client meetings, progress meetings and technical discussions to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years in project engineering experience within the solar industry, electrical, construction or renewable energy projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and site teams.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical systems, construction practices and project execution.
• Experience managing project timelines, contractors, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, technical specifications and project documents.
• Good understanding of relevant electrical standards, authority requirements and safety practices.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and make decisions in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
