About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, communicative person to join our team in a dual role: recruiting IT professionals for our clients and helping grow our client base. You'll learn the full recruitment and business development cycle, from finding candidates to closing placements, with training and mentoring from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT roles (developers, testers, DevOps, data, support, etc.).
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates by phone or video for skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Manage offers, negotiation, and onboarding follow-up until the candidate joins.
• Keep candidate records updated in the ATS/CRM.

Sales and Account Management

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR contacts.
• Understand client hiring needs and present suitable candidates.
• Follow up on leads, gather feedback, and support contract and rate discussions.
• Help grow repeat business and referrals from existing accounts.
• Track pipeline, submissions, interviews, and placements against targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IT, business, or HR preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in [English / other language].
• Comfortable with phone calls and outreach, and not discouraged by rejection.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Good organization and time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Target-driven, with a positive, professional attitude.

Nice to Have

• Internship or experience in recruitment, sales, telecalling, or customer service.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or an ATS.
• Basic MS Office or Google Workspace skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
