Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Kota Damansara. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable camera products and accessories. Daily tasks include handling sales inquiries, demonstrating products, processing transactions, and providing after-sales support. The representative will assist in merchandising, maintaining product displays, and supporting store promotions. Marketing-related responsibilities include helping to execute sales campaigns, supporting social media and in-store marketing activities, and gathering customer feedback to improve outreach efforts. The role also includes participating in product training and sharing knowledge with team members to enhance overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, explain product features, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing abilities to drive revenue, support promotional activities, and meet individual and store targets.
• Experience in Training or willingness to learn and share product knowledge with team members and customers.
• Interest in cameras, photography, or consumer electronics, with the ability to quickly learn technical product details.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, including weekends or retail hours as needed, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems; prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
