Your Role

As a Barista, you will help create a great experience for every customer while supporting the smooth operation of our store.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to Luckin Coffee recipes, SOPs, and presentation standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Keep the store, equipment, and work areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with restocking and inventory checks.
• Support daily store operations and work closely with team members.
• Handle customer questions or concerns calmly and courteously.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Take initiative to learn and improve your skills.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are energetic, friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without F&B experience are welcome to apply.
