- Manage the social media accounts and monitor trends, engagement, and content performance.
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, educational posts, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Take and edit photos/videos for daily activities.
- Create simple marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and new service launches and paid advertising
- Respond to social media comments and enquiries, and direct relevant enquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with staff to create accurate, informative, and engaging content.
- Track social media performance, including reach, views, engagement, and audience growth.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a creative, proactive, and organised approach.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and comfortable creating on-camera content when required.
- Willing to work in a veterinary clinic environment and have an interest in pets and animal care.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
