About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Advisor to join our team in Sandakan, Sabah. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our automotive business by providing exceptional customer service and consultative sales support. What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations on our range of vehicles and related services
• Demonstrate and showcase our vehicles to customers, highlighting their key features and benefits
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalising the purchase
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a seamless and personalized sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with the local automotive market and an understanding of customer preferences in the Sandakan region
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
