Seeking a certified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance for an electrical retrofit project covering 11 PETRONAS stations across the Northern and Eastern regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all mandatory HSE documentation, conducting site inspections, managing Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications, and ensuring full compliance with PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) safety standards during site execution.

Key Responsibilities1. HSE Documentation & Permitting

• Prepare, review, and submit all mandatory project HSE documentation, including HIRARC, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Method Statements, and Emergency Response Plans (ERP) tailored to electrical works and work-at-height activities.
• Manage and process daily Permit To Work (PTW) applications, High-Risk Work Permits, and Cold/Hot Work Authorizations in compliance with PDB guidelines.
• Compile and submit daily/weekly HSE inspection logs, incident report logs, and the HSE section for the final Project Close-Out Report.

2. On-Site Supervision & Safety Enforcement

• Travel to designated PETRONAS stations to conduct pre-work safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) and verify site readiness.
• Enforce PETRONAS ZeTo (Zero Tolerance) Rules and standard safety procedures during all dismantling, installation, and elevated working activities (canopies, MID signs, unipoles, and compound poles).
• Conduct site safety audits, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) verifications, and gas testing where required.
• Act as the primary HSE contact point for PDB Representatives, Station Managers, Resident Engineers (RE), and Chargemen.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency Certificate registered with DOSH / JKKP.
• Safety Passports: Valid OGSP (Oil & Gas Safety Passport) or equivalent PETRONAS-recognized safety passport.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE supervision within oil & gas retail stations, electrical installation projects, or elevated structure works.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid Class D driving license and be fully prepared to travel extensively across the designated station locations in Perak, Penang, Kedah, Kelantan, and Pahang.
• Skills: Proficient in preparing MS Word/PDF HSE documentation, report writing, hazard identification, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Travel Allowance: Outstation allowance, mileage, toll, and lodging provided for site travel

Project Location & Travel Coverage

• The role requires site travel to the following 11 PETRONAS station locations: Perak, Penang, Kedah, Kelantan & Pahang

Pay: RM1,808.92 - RM4,743.40 per month
