Complete finished product packaging and boxing operations in accordance with work order standards and quality control requirements; implement job safety management requirements and control packaging material waste; strictly execute self-inspection, first-piece inspection, and periodic inspection requirements to ensure boxing quality and prevent incorrect packaging, missing packaging, and outflow of defective products; maintain 5S on site at the workplace; ensure production line packaging output meets target standards and that product quality and appearance are compliant; ensure the stable operation of all process steps; comply with workshop management and eliminate slackness; strictly abide by safety operating procedures, standardize operations, and continuously improve production efficiency.
- Strict Rules Compliance: Strictly abide by all company and workshop rules and regulations, and strictly prohibit any safety violations or rough operations.
- PPE & Workwear Requirements: Designated PPE must be worn properly when entering the workshop. Work uniforms must be worn neatly, with collars, cuffs, and hems properly secured/fastened.
- Presence & Station Discipline: Leaving the workstation or going unreachable without prior permission from the foreman or supervisor is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile Phone Usage: Strict prohibition on mobile phone use during work hours: Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent mode. Playing with phones or holding phones while working is strictly forbidden.
- Equipment Safety Protocols: Do not approach or reach into any rotating parts while equipment is in operation. Maintenance, inspection, debugging, and cleaning may only be performed after the machine is completely stopped.
- Daily Pre-Shift Meetings: Attend daily pre-shift meetings on time and carefully listen to the production plan, quality requirements, safety precautions, and reports on yesterday's issues communicated by the team leader.
- Time Management & Preparation: Make full use of working hours. Accurately and quickly collect raw materials according to the work order, complete pre-production preparations properly, and do not delay without reason.
- Material Verification: Confirm that the production material name, specification/model, batch number, carton label information, etc., are correct according to the work order.
- Packaging Material Inspection: Inspect the appearance of packaging materials for any damage, contamination, or quality defects
- First-Piece & Sample Inspection: For each batch of semi-finished products, sample submission and first-piece inspection must be performed; mass production can only proceed after passing inspection.
- Quality Control & Defect Prevention: Strictly enforce product quality inspection standards, perform self-inspections of quality for every roll during packaging, and strictly prevent mispacking, missing packaging, or defective items from entering finished product cartons.
- Production Records Verification: Ensure all equipment parameters and production conditions are verified every 2 hours, and fill out production record reports truthfully and accurately without falsification.
- Quality Monitoring & Abnormality Reporting: Continuously monitor product quality during the production process, promptly identify any abnormalities, and report them to the shift leader/person-in-charge.
- Work Order Changeovers: During work order changeovers, thoroughly clean up residual materials and waste from the previous work order to ensure no leftover materials remain, preventing mix-ups before starting the next work order.
- Production Targets & Efficiency: Maintain a consistent work pace, achieve daily production targets, and continuously strive to exceed the production efficiency and output goals set for the line.
- Workstation Cleanliness: Keep the workstation area clean and tidy, and promptly clear waste generated during the production process.
- Shift Cleaning & Handover Inspection: Thoroughly perform a complete cleaning of the workstation before the end of the shift; leaving the station is permitted
