Responsibilities & Duties:
First point of welcome, greeting and being personable to patients when they arrive for their appointment
Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
Arrange for specialist appointments on behalf of patients
Assist with New patient registrations
Ensure patients are seen by the doctor on time
Ensure patients’ needs are attended to, in a timely and professional manner
Maintain patient's confidentiality at all times
Preparing and dispensing medicine
Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if required)
Requirement:
Good team player, willing to learn
Honesty and good integrity in performing all tasks
Basic computer usage skills
