Job Responsibilities

• High-Volume Production: Create visually compelling motion graphics and video ads for various marketing campaigns, including user incentive campaigns, tournament promotions, and new feature launches.
• Game & League Content: Produce dynamic content such as leaderboards, tournament brackets, player statistics, score updates, and game trailers to fully capture the excitement of live broadcasts and in-game content.
• Social First: Design and produce animated content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, with a focus on maximizing user engagement and watch retention within the first 3 seconds.
• Localization: Adjust, optimize, and resize key visual assets according to the needs of different countries, regions, and languages to ensure content aligns with local cultural norms and regional compliance requirements.
• Brand Consistency: Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure all animated content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in each operating region.
• Asset Management: Establish and maintain a library of template assets to support the rapid production and release of content for regular promotional campaigns and real-time event updates.

Job Requirements

• Industry Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience in motion design; experience in the interactive entertainment, fantasy sports, or mobile gaming industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with the ability to skillfully use expressions, templates, and create complex animations.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender; candidates with experience in 3D trophy animation or immersive scene production are preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
