Job Summary:

Responsible to ensure production planning & timely delivery of high productivity and low cost products and with compliance to GMP at coating area.

Essential Job Functions:

1. To assist Manager, Executive and supervise production team to achieve target in production plan with high productivity and adhere to GMP.
2. To carry out production operation as per production plan and delivery on time.
3. To ensure all operation of production adhere to GMP compliance at coating area.
4. To maintain an optimum level of manpower and over time.
5. To monitor the work of subordinates and ensure the necessary assistance is provided to them for their timely, adequate and accurate completion of the assigned work.
6. Responsible for monitoring activity and productivity in coating area.
7. Responsible for Coating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) update and review.
8. To ensure SOP execution is comply as per requirements.
9. To ensure subordinates complete required trainings.
10. To participate in any investigation conducted related to coating area.
11. To ensure implementation of CAPA at coating area.
12. To ensure implementation of Change Control execution at coating area.
13. Responsible for drain point & purified water point management (sanitization).
14. Other instruction by superior.
