Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Ship Registry (Crewing) Executive to support the processing and issuance of seafarer certificates and crew endorsements for our Ship Registries.

Training will be provided and candidates without prior maritime experience are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• Process applications for seafarer certificates and crew endorsements, including checking supporting documents and information submitted.
• Prepare and issue crew endorsements and other seafarer documentation in accordance with Ship Registry requirements.
• Respond to client enquiries and follow up on incomplete applications or documentation.
• Maintain accurate application and certification records in the Company's system.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Starting Salary:
S$2,300 – S$2,700 per month,depending on qualifications and experience.
