Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior PR Manager to lead client accounts, develop effective communications strategies and mentor our team.

• Lead a portfolio of clients, serving as their key contact and providing strategic counsel on communications and reputation management.
• Develop and execute PR strategies across media relations, corporate communications, thought leadership and digital PR.
• Build strong relationships with Malaysian media and secure relevant coverage through compelling stories and pitches.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality press releases, proposals, spokesperson briefing materials and other communications content.
• Manage campaigns, budgets, timelines and reporting, ensuring work meets agreed objectives and scope.
• Guide and mentor the account team, maintaining high standards of writing, client service and execution.
• Support business development through proposals, pitches and opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Bring at least 6 years of relevant PR experience, preferably in an agency, with strong English writing skills, sound judgement and proven experience managing clients and teams.
