Job Summary:
Prosegur Singapore is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Administrator (SSO) to join our team at Marina Bay. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor CCTV and security systems for suspicious activities, breaches, and emergencies.
• Manage employee clocking/attendance systems and access control.
• Conduct regular patrols and security rounds; identify and report hazards or irregularities.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, including first aid and crowd control where required.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and daily/weekly/monthly documentation.
• Enforce security policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with the security team, management, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ security experience.
• SSO rank or equivalent.
• Experience with CCTV and security equipment.
• Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit for patrols and prolonged standing.
• Valid Security License is mandatory.
