Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
Follow up on production schedules, project timelines, and work progress to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for project coordination and updates.
Prepare samples, materials, and project-related documentation when required.
Coordinate meetings, logistics arrangements, and follow-up actions.
Assist in maintaining project records, filing systems, and project management software updates.
Support operational coordination, onsite setup and project execution when necessary.
Assist in managing straightforward or small-scale projects under supervision.
Coordinate permit applications and required WSH documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with people of different backgrounds.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic understanding of project coordination, operations, or event/exhibition workflow is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is preferred.
Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
