Kerja Sepenuh Masa Collection Officer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Vad Capital Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to debtors to follow up on outstanding payments, with a target of approximately 80 accounts per day.
• Engage professionally with debtors to understand their financial situation and discuss suitable repayment plans or loan restructuring options to regularise overdue accounts.
• Follow up consistently on assigned accounts and monitor payment commitments to achieve collection targets.
• Initiate site visits and necessary searches to locate uncontactable hirers and verify their current whereabouts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and collection activities.
• Handle all customer communications professionally while maintaining a firm and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in debt collection, credit control, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
