Job responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

• Drive store sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve selling skills, customer engagement, and overall performance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and market trends.

• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet established brand standards.

• Oversee stockroom and inventory operations, including receiving, replenishment, and stock accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with store policies, operational procedures, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
