Job Summary

Manage contract administration and tender processes to ensure accurate cost planning, control, and certification of completed works. Collaborate with project teams to prepare tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-contract and post-contract activities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
• Evaluate tender submissions by analysing costing and preparing comprehensive tender documents
• Plan and control project costs to maintain budget adherence throughout project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Project Manager and designated staff to assess and certify completed works for payment processing
• Perform quantity take-offs to support accurate tendering and project estimation
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost comparisons, and tender documents by sourcing, compiling, evaluating, and negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors according to tender requirements
• Follow up on payment certificates and coordinate payment collection with clients
• Utilize CAD software, BIM, and MS Office to support quantity surveying and documentation tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and MS Office to enhance tendering and contract administration efficiency
