Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and monitoring of incoming raw materials, production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of poultry processing, including slaughtering, evisceration, grading, chilling, packing and storage.
• Monitor product quality, hygiene, sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the production process.
• Ensure products comply with company specifications, quality standards and relevant food safety requirements.
• Record and maintain inspection results, quality records, monitoring forms and relevant documentation.
• Identify, report and follow up on quality issues, non-conformities and product defects.
• Conduct sampling and inspection of products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor temperature and other critical quality parameters at designated production and storage areas.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper handling, segregation and disposition of non-conforming products.
• Liaise with Production and other relevant departments on quality and food safety matters.
• Assist in internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, HACCP, GMP, Halal requirements and applicable food safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties related to Quality Control as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / STPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, food manufacturing or poultry processing will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP and Halal requirements is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a cold, wet and production environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
