Job Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Adoption Specialist to manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) for 25,000+ users, including identity and license administration. The role covers hybrid identity setup, threat protection and security policy enforcement, device management via MDM/Intune, and driving secure, efficient end-user adoption.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Identity Management

• Manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) for 25,000+ users, including identity and license administration.
• Deploy Azure AD Connect for hybrid setup and configure Entra ID with SSO, conditional access, and security policies.
• Oversee the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, ensuring tenant health, monitoring, reporting, and license optimization.

Security & Threat Protection

• Implement Cisco Email Security (CES) and configure SMTP servers.
• Implement Microsoft Defender (Endpoint & O365), DLP, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC to strengthen threat protection.
• Enforce security policies and conduct user training to support secure and efficient collaboration.

Device Management & Adoption

• Administer MDM/Intune for device management, policy deployment, app protection, and compliance enforcement.
• Roll out MDM and security configurations, ensuring compliance and smooth end-user adoption.

Job Specification

Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Azure AD.
• Knowledge of Entra ID.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Understanding of DLP.
• Familiarity with SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Experience with MDM/Intune.
• Experience with Cisco Email Security.
• Understanding of security policies.

Experience Required

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments at enterprise scale
• Experience with hybrid identity setup and security policy enforcement.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert) are a plus.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
