Engage walk in and prospective customers professionally to understand their banking needs and provide suitable product information.
Promote banking accounts and debit card products, explaining key features, benefits and applicable promotions clearly.
Acquire new customers through proactive engagement and contribute towards assigned daily sales and acquisition targets.
Guide customers through digital account opening and application processes, ensuring information and submissions are complete and accurate.
Handle general product enquiries and provide appropriate assistance or direct customers to relevant service channels when required.
Ensure customer onboarding and sales activities are completed in accordance with established banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
