Job Overview
We are looking for a Game QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities for mobile and casual game projects. The role will work closely with game designers, developers, artists, and product teams to ensure games are stable, functional, and ready for release across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA activities throughout the game development lifecycle.
• Develop test plans and testing schedules for new features, updates, and game releases.
• Review game functionality, user flows, gameplay features, and overall product quality.
• Coordinate functional, regression, compatibility, and device testing across mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers and designers to identify, document, and follow up on issues.
• Manage bug reports and track issues through to resolution.
• Monitor QA progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Support release preparation and post-release quality checks.
• Maintain QA processes, testing guidelines, and documentation.
• Review testing results and identify areas for improving product quality and team efficiency.
• Guide and support QA team members in their daily testing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Development, or a related field.
• Experience in game testing, software QA, or mobile application testing.
• Experience with iOS and Android devices and mobile testing environments.
• Good understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and defect management.
• Familiarity with issue-tracking and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with technical and creative teams.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a QA team will be an advantage.
• Experience with casual, social, or mobile games is preferred.
