Program Manager role in the East (Manufacturing)

As part of its expansion plans, the company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs, drive cross-functional execution, and manage a team of Program Executives to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your new role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading key customer accounts and overseeing the end-to-end execution of programs from project initiation through production and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for program-related matters
• Leading and mentoring a team of Program Executives to ensure operational excellence and professional development
• Driving cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and procurement teams
• Monitoring project timelines, milestones, costs, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Facilitating regular customer reviews, project updates, and business discussions
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project performance, delivery schedules, or customer satisfaction
• Supporting new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, and ongoing production programs
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Ensuring program objectives align with internal business goals and customer expectations

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, Account Management, or Customer Program Management within a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), precision engineering, or related industries
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
