Recruiter (WFH, Remote Support)/ Call Support/ Telemarketer - Commission based

Job Summary

You will engage customers and candidates through phone calls to provide excellent service, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to team goals in a flexible, commission-based remote role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and telemarketing calls to engage and inform clients effectively
• Apply recruitment knowledge to identify and attract suitable candidates for job openings
• Conduct cold-calling in a call centre environment to generate leads and support recruitment processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone to build rapport and trust with customers and candidates
• Demonstrate confidence and a pleasant demeanor during all phone interactions
• Work independently to manage tasks and meet targets while collaborating with team members as needed
• Show willingness to learn recruitment skills and adapt to new challenges

Required competencies and certifications

• CEI Certification or willingness to complete the CEI course
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or cold-calling within a call centre environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant, or similar role
• Experience as a telemarketer in a bank or contact centre environment
