Job Description:
Sales Administration & Order Management
Prepare, process, and track customer quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documents.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor order progress and proactively follow up on outstanding orders to ensure customer commitments are met.
Assist in invoicing activities and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records and contracts.
Customer Service & Coordination
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to support customer requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist in preparing customer proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
Sales Support & Reporting
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales team.
Support sales meetings by preparing meeting materials, and generating reports, for discussion as required.
Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, providing timely updates to management.
Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to support business planning and decision-making.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
