Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Infrastructure & System Executive to manage our internal IT infrastructure while supporting our growing e-commerce and business systems. Job Description:

• Provide IT support to employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and IT equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, and IT security.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, backups, system performance, and cybersecurity.
• Manage and support the company's e-commerce platforms and business systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce, WMS, inventory, payment gateways, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and implement system enhancements.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, cloud services, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and software licensing.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technical support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and IT security.
• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms, WMS systems, or business applications is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
