We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our Singapore team and help us better understand users and turn research insights into better digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research projects from research objectives to final insights.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing and user observation sessions.
• Identify users' needs, motivations, behaviours, pain points and expectations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research where appropriate.
• Analyse research findings and identify key user insights.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows and research reports.
• Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Designers and project teams.
• Translate research findings into actionable design and product recommendations.
• Present research findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support usability testing and validation of new designs and prototypes.
• Contribute to UX strategy and product improvement.
• Keep up with UX research methodologies, digital product trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of UX Research, User Research, Design Research or related experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic project experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and speaking with users.
• Able to turn research data into clear and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with UX research and design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Google Forms or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience preparing a UX Research portfolio is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with designers and project teams.
• Good command of English.

The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, research capabilities and interview performance.
