Kerja Sepenuh Masa Outdoor Service Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,800 di Iman Fairwork Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites for machine installation, servicing, maintenance and repair.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct machine testing, commissioning and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Communicate with customers to understand technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during machine operation.
• Manage service tools, spare parts and company service vehicles.
• Ensure all servicing and repair work is carried out according to company safety procedures and standards.
• Perform other technical duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements :

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Candidates with relevant technical experience but without a formal engineering qualification may also be considered.
• Experience in machine servicing, installation, maintenance or troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot technical problems and work independently.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers at different locations.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for work.
• Able to work in a hands-on and field-based environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
