Summary:
Basic salary $2500-$3000 + Commission (Gross $4k-$5k)
6 off days per month
Industry: Award-winning company, services includes facials, hair removal, and slimming treatments.
Operating time:
Mon-Fri 11am-8:30pm
Sat & Sun/ PH - 10am-7:30pm
AWS & Bonus given
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support and quality customer service via phone and email.
Listen actively, ask probing questions, and clarify to fully understand customer needs.
Escalate issues promptly and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Build rapport with clients through phone calls and messages using provided leads and sources.
Perform administrative duties as required.
Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
Requirements:
Candidate with experience in similar position will have added advantage
Able to handle Mandarin speaking customers
