Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge or interest in fishing is highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Willing to learn about fishing tackle and different fishing techniques.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide basic product knowledge and explain the differences between products.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their target fish, fishing technique and budget.
- Demonstrate products and explain basic usage when required.
- Handle cashier duties, payments and sales transactions accurately.
- Arrange, display and replenish products on shelves.
- Ensure products are properly labelled and displayed neatly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop.
- Check stock levels and assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Receive and arrange incoming stock.
- Assist with product packing and preparation for customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media or other sales channels when required.
- Assist with promotions, new product launches and in-store marketing activities.
- Handle customer feedback and basic complaints professionally.
- Perform other retail and store-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
