Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Department. Our Sales Department handles enquiries for all the products we represent, as well as related products. The Sales Department also supports the Technical Service Department in sourcing for spare parts and other requirements. This Sales Administrator role is available as both a part-time or full-time role.
Responsibilities
Assist Sales Manager in answering customer queries and following-up on sales status
Prepare invoices and shipping documents for confirmed sales
Participate in skills upgrading courses to enhance knowledge for career growth in the Sales Department
Required competencies and certifications
Able to use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Able to commit at least 2.5 days a week or equivalent hours (schedule is flexible)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in handling invoicing and shipping documents
