- Handle room reservation enquiries through phone, email and online channels.
- Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations and confirmations accurately.
- Maintain updated reservation records and ensure all booking details are correct.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding arrivals, departures and special requests.
- Assist guests with room availability, rates, packages and hotel facilities.
- Ensure reservations are handled in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor room availability and communicate booking information to the relevant departments.
- Follow up on pending reservations, payment details and guest requests.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of guest and reservation information.
