Job Responsibilities:

• Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s food or beverage operation by rotating to different positions

• Maximizing sales and profitability of outlets

• Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.

• Ensure new employees are trained properly

• Follow up on the training progress of employees

• Ensure compliance in all areas, Company policies and procedures

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
