Job Summary

You will provide expert customer service by recommending wines and liquors, managing stock replenishment and displays, and accurately handling transactions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of wines and liquors from various regions to assist customers effectively
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Recommend suitable products and respond accurately to customer inquiries
• Manage stock replenishment and organize product displays to maintain store presentation
• Accurately process and record all transactions, including cash and credit card payments

With our first retail shop conveniently located in the heart of Orchard area, we offer a selective range of over 800 wines and spirits from both the Old World and New World to suit the palate of individual customer.
