This position is part of the Global Intellectual Property Department, dedicated to advising and supporting Louis Vuitton on brand protection matters across the South Asia markets.

Job responsibilities

• Support cease and desist actions against infringers.
• Assist in drafting authentication reports and witness statements.
• Conduct legal research on IP-related topics.
• Assist in managing raid actions.
• Conduct market visits to identify infringements and purchase samples.
• Assist in collecting evidence for litigation.

Profile

The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. Open to penultimate and final year law students.

• Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office.
