Job Summary:
The F&B (Food & Beverage) Service Expert is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring an excellent dining experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
• Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Process billing and payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum [Diploma/High School] qualification
• Previous experience in F&B service, hospitality, or restaurant environment preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
