Paramedic

Location: Pulau Pinang

Reporting To: Operation Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for Paramedic who are responsible for providing immediate medical care, first aid, and emergency response services to guests and employees within the theme park. The role ensures a safe and healthy environment by responding to medical incidents, assessing and treating injuries and illnesses. The Paramedic also maintains medical equipment and supplies, and ensures accurate documentation of all medical cases. Working in a dynamic, family-oriented environment, the Paramedic delivers professional, compassionate care to visitors of all ages, particularly young children, while upholding the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate first aid, emergency medical care, and basic life support to guests and employees.
  • Assess, stabilize, and manage medical emergencies until patients can be transferred to external healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Coordinate emergency response with ambulance services, hospitals, and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of medical incidents, treatments provided, workplace injuries while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Monitor and replenish first aid kits, medical equipment, and emergency supplies to ensure readiness at all times.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager related to health, safety, and emergency response.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Paramedic Science, Emergency Medical Services, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in emergency medical services, ambulance services, hospital emergency departments, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of emergency response procedures, first aid, CPR, and patient assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Physically fit and capable of responding quickly to emergencies throughout the theme park.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
