• Conduct comprehensive cost estimation and quantitative risk assessments for commercial bids
• Direct the commercial strategy during the bidding phase to ensure competitive positioning
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to compile compliant proposal documentation

Skills And Experience Required

• Proven track record in managing tender processes within the civil and infrastructure domain
• Sound knowledge of local procurement standards, legal frameworks, and contract forms
• Strong analytical capabilities in commercial risk assessment and cost estimation
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
