Work days including weekend & PH

• Supervise daily operations to ensure customer expectations are met and performance metrics are achieved or surpassed.
• Work closely with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers to manage delivery orders and returns efficiently.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Plan and oversee daily deliveries to the shopfloor.
• Train team members on outbound procedures following company guidelines.
• Uphold a clean, well-organized, and efficient warehouse environment adhering to 5S standards.
• Handle additional warehousing responsibilities or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
