Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand, capacity, material availability, and production priorities.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure sufficient availability of materials, components, and production resources to support the manufacturing schedule.
• Monitor WIP, inventory levels, production output, and order status.
• Identify potential production constraints and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze production data and provide planning reports, updates, and recommendations to management.
• Support capacity planning, manpower planning, and production loading activities.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MES systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.
• Ensure production plans are aligned with customer demand and company delivery targets.
• Perform other planning and manufacturing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, material planning, or supply chain.
• Experience working in an MNC semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, production flow, WIP management, and capacity planning.
• Experience using ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other manufacturing planning systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
