Job Vacancy: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our Property Management team as an Admin cum Account Executive based at site.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and office operations
• Assist in accounting and finance-related tasks Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and official letters
• Prepare accounts payables for site accounts & to do monthly closing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences
• Monitor collections, payments, and filing records
• Prepare full sets of accounts and monthly financial report for site accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and documentation Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and management
• Maintain proper documentation and data entry
• Support site operation and management team when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 1–2 years working experience in administration or accounts
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
