About The Job

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize recruitment tools and internal database to identify, engage and build candidate pipelines across various industries.
• Candidate Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and write candidate summaries while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Market Intelligence: Support team members by conducting market mapping and salary benchmarking to keep clients competitive in the market.
• Operations & Branding: Maintain up-to-date ATS records and assist with employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
• Driven, ambitious and proactive character.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 3 to 6-month internship.
