• Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including emails, data entry, invoicing, filing, scanning and scheduling.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins, follow up on leads and provide accurate information to support conversion.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with children and parents through effective and responsive communication.
• Manage class scheduling, changes and customer accounts, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Meet individual and team customer service and sales targets, including call handling requirements.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour
