Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with an engineering background to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, delivering tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector to expand market presence
Build and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
Analyze technical specifications and communicate appropriate engineering solutions clearly to customers
Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
Proven sales experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
