Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
Following standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
To train and mentor employees to align their actions and decisions with the organization’s core values.
Requirements:
Dip / Deg in Precision / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
Have experience to promote 5S or LEAN manufacturing knowledge in production area.
Understand Engineering drawings.
Good problem solving skills.
